My energy levels have been fluxing on a daily basis… and the hotter it is, the worse i feel. But hey, that’s what i get for being pregnant in Texas in the summer (for the 3rd time around).
TaylorMade Designs has some fabulously easy photo tutorials on her blog & I used them to finally figure out how to create a selective coloring photo. I know it’s easy, but my brain just never wrapped around it before. And i’ve had lots of fun with the blending tutorials too. Anyway, here a few layouts I created in the last few hours…
These first 2 are 6×6’s to be mounted on canvas for my living room re-model.

And this last one is very very near & dear to me. I know i didn’t come announce it here, but i’m having another boy. So much for having the name picked out already, it’s back to the drawing table. We decided on Arnold for a middle name… it’s the name of my DH’s grandfather who passed away last year. But now we need to come up with a unique, non-traditional first name and it can’t start with A (cause the intials would be AAW), C or D (too confusing when calling one of the boys if their names start with the same letter).

Oh well, I enjoyed my birthday anyway. I did manage to scrap a few pictures of Nuggie (one of my mom’s dogs, or one of my baby brothers- you decide). So before I forget, I wanted to share the layout I did- It’s not often I scrap!
